Vivian G. Vlasek, age 96, of Crystal Lake died Tuesday April 3, 2012 at the Valley Hi Nursing Home in Woodstock, IL. She was born in Chicago to Edward and Dorothy (Lawrence) Wolf on March 8, 2012. She met and later married Millard Vlasek in Chicago. She is survived by her daughter, Dawn (Lawrence) Schlarb; grandchildren, Angela (Anthony) Ripisardo, Matthew (Finacee Beth) Schlarb, and Mark Schlarb; great grandchildren Megan, Christopher, Zakary, and Ryan. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Millard Sr.; her daughter, Caroline, and a son Millard Jr. Funeral service and burial at Crystal Lake Memorial Park will be Private.
